Terms & Conditions — ai77 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ai77 website accessible at ai77.io, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any associated services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform, whether or not a registered account exists.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wallet" means the account balance held by ai77 on behalf of a Player, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), representing deposited funds net of bets placed and winnings credited.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin equivalent, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission and review of government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Business Day" means any day that is not a public holiday in Bangladesh, between 09:00 and 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

To register and maintain an account on the ai77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. ai77 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification will be carried out as part of the KYC process, and ai77 reserves the right to request age-confirming documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ai77 provides each registered player with a secure account portal through which you can manage your personal details, review your bet history, access your transaction records, and configure responsible gaming tools.

• Login credentials: You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your credentials with any third party. ai77 will never contact you to ask for your password.
• Account security: You must notify ai77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ai77 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account currency: All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider.
• Personal details: You are required to keep your registered personal information accurate and up to date. Notify ai77 of any change in name, address, or contact details by contacting support at [email protected].
• Account inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ai77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, provided adequate advance notice has been given to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned upon request and successful identity verification.
• Single account rule: Each player may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are detected, ai77 will close the duplicate(s), combine or segregate balances at its discretion, and may suspend access to all associated accounts pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the ai77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the payment methods listed below. ai77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of ai77.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your ai77 Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• ai77 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and potential account suspension.
• ai77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund an account as part of the KYC process.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• KYC identity verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Players who have not submitted the required documents will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four hours on Business Days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• ai77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if the transaction is flagged by its fraud detection systems.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. ai77 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, on markets that have been incorrectly priced, or in circumstances where the Platform has experienced a technical fault.
• Odds and market changes: Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your stake.
• Live betting: In-play and live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at ai77's discretion, including during sporting events. Bets submitted immediately before a market suspension may be cancelled without notice.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by ai77 in cases of evident error, use of prohibited software, collusion, match-fixing, or any other circumstance that ai77 determines, in its reasonable judgement, warrants voiding. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Wallet as the original stake amount.
• Casino games: All casino games available on the ai77 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology as provided by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). ai77 does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.

ai77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states that it is a no-wagering offer, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Bonus Funds must be staked a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ai77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic device that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in sports markets or casino games for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or table games, or coordinating bets to generate guaranteed profits through exploitation of promotions.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. ai77 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Placing bets on events in which you have a direct personal interest that could constitute insider information, including but not limited to professional sports events in which you or an associate participates.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's source code, security systems, or backend infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ai77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. ai77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time of the incident.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By the Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. On receipt of a verified closure request, ai77 will process a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (net of any pending Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within five Business Days.
• By ai77: ai77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ai77.
• Effect of termination: On account closure, any Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to ai77. Pending bet settlements will be processed normally and results applied before the final balance is returned.

ai77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page at ai77.io/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.

• For material changes — meaning changes that substantively alter your rights or obligations as a Player — ai77 will provide at least 14 days' notice by sending a notification to your registered email address and/or displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
• Minor or administrative changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing terms, or changes required by law with immediate effect) may be applied without prior notice.
• Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
